Overview

The vinSUITE API gives third party vendors access to our full suite of web service methods, enabling real-time management of Memberships, Wines and Products, Orders, Remote Reporting, and much more.

Getting Started

You will need valid credentials to access vinSUITE Connect. Credentials consist of three items: Username, Password, and PartnerKeyID. Each API request must contain all three of these items or you will experience authentication errors. Your credentials will be issued to you by vinSUITE. Please call us at (707) 253-7400 or email if you need assistance with your credentials.

Webservice URLs

Vendors have access to our Production and Staging (aka UAT) environments. The credentials provided to you will be valid in both environments. The production environment is where live customer, product, and order information resides. It can be accessed at https://ws.ewinerysolutions.com/2.00/EWSWebServices.asmx. The staging environment mirrors the production environment; however, any changes made here won't affect the production environment. This is a safe place to test your integration and we strongly encourage vendors to test their software thoroughly in our staging environment. This environment can be accessed at https://ws-uat.ewinerysolutions.com/2.00/EWSWebServices.asmx

Please note, the vinSUITE API requires TLS 1.2 communication to ensure a secure data transfer channel. When integrating, please make sure to use HTTP-Secure (HTTPS) protocol.
